The FBI later said they found a screwdriver on the roof (even though crime scene photos of the roof don’t show it) and claim that he unscrewed this gun in almost an instant, left the screwdriver on the roof, jumped down with the gun taken apart, and then reassembled the gun and left it for cops to find.
Not to mention they had his body on Airforce 1 well before a forensic autopsy could typically be completed.
I used to volunteer with retired police detectives for online investigations for missing persons, Does, and cold cases. This shit does not make any fucking sense. Literally their timeline doesn’t add up with the timelines of the videos of the shooter or the event. It just doesn’t.
I don’t even need to get into whether the ammo was actually a 30-06 or if the triangulation of the gunshot confirms the shooters location because the timeline itself is already wrong.
Gotta wonder if the reason they are blatantly fucking up the investigations including Luigi’s is so the public stops using the justice system and starts relying on their own methods.

Having said that I did my own analysis after watching said gun guy show the evidence. Everything he said was accurate including the blood splatter on Eric’s shirt a frame afterwards indicating it was definitely an exit wound on the left side of his neck.
Honestly it doesn’t take an expert to see there is no probable way that a wound on the left side of his neck, which is clearly an exit wound, was from a shot in the front. Also, the official explanation with the caliber makes no sense as Kirk would have been missing half of his neck.
I am open to new evidence, but considering Airforce 2 whisked his body away immediately afterwards just raises yet more red flags.

…I’m not. I’m taking video evidence, some of it released within seconds of the incident. I’m not taking any random’s (who stands to gain on YT ad revenue) statements on it as truth or thinking I can myself do the work of forensic experts, all in order to deny what my own eyes tell me seems a cut and dried truth.

There’s a video that shows a shockwave hitting the front of his shirt, along with a different video showing a shockwave causing a similar effect to the back of his shirt too. In the video, it does not appear that he is wearing a vest.
There are videos of a vapor trail coming from Charlie’s right a frame before he was killed though. The hole we saw looks a lot more like an exit wound from a smaller caliber rifle. It was certainly not a 30-06.
A 30-06 round is pretty much 2x the size of a 5.56 round (what an AR-15 uses). It would have been insanely loud, people would have turned their heads to see where it came from, and Charlie’s head would have been blown up. It wouldn’t have been the hole with blood that we saw if it were a 30-06. 30-06 is meant for taking out Elk and Grizzly Bears.
