The Bears threw a million screens because they don’t trust Fields to actually throw the ball down the field… how does this unsubstantiated opinion keep popping up?

He makes the throw… nothing special. He misses… told you he sucks. No matter what happened, you’d phrase it in what ever way suited your point.

To them, that does not matter. They’ll just find something else to criticize.

That’s the dumbest rationale.

The pick Mahomes threw in the endzone was just a lazy throw. Thought he had the defense beat and just floated it in there. Flat-footed. No zip.

Flus is an old school, defensive coach… right up the Bears’ (gutter ball) alley.

I’m no expert, but I thought that hit on Patrick that took him out for a bit was a missed penalty (blindside block, perhaps).
