MNF, especially when the Bears are on, has been my only priority on Mondays for years now but I’m more interested in what CM Punk has to say tonight than watching Luke Getsy call for run, run, screen, punt to start the game. I’ll click over after he’s done talking.

I would not be surprised to see the Bears eke out 3, maybe even 4 more wins in the homestretch. Starting with tonight.

The offense should be able to score points, and the D might even be able to hold a depleted Vikings team to less than 27.

    Bears 27 Vikings 17.

Greenberg tweet: “ […] Poles said he has had conversations with head coach Matt Eberflus about having players who can impact the game on the field during critical moments.”

Please tell me that’s not as bad as it sounds lol

Win or loss, I just want Fields to ball out the rest of the year and prove he deserves one more year with us while we spend our draft capital on other positions.

I don’t think we have too many glaring holes really. And the biggest holes are at positions that can be filled in later rounds of the draft (center & free safety). A lot of issues can be fixed with a new coaching staff too.

It would be better for every situation if Fields plays well. Then if the new staff wants him they can spend draft capital on positional upgrades (WR & LT) or trade for future picks. If they don’t want him then we can send him to Atlanta for a bunch of picks.

Velus active after spending the last few weeks scheming up the most epic loss-clinching play never seen on a field before

Not that I hope it comes down to this, but I’d love to see a game winning drive from Fields with like 2 minutes to go. I always say when a qb gets the ball with 2 minutes to go and a chance to take the lead, “this is where stars are made.” I’m not sure Fields as a single drive like that, and it’s his biggest question mark for me

this is an exciting game. Every game from justin returning from injury is make or break for him. Dude is straight up playing for his job and he knows it too. Thats gotta be a lot of pressure.

looked good against the lions though, but he did look bad against the vikings last time.

    im hype neil funk

D’Onta Foreman being out isn’t helpful but hopefully Fields and Moore can link up big tonight.

I can’t watch tonight so I assume there will be some amazing plays and the Bears beat the vikings in a 30 pt blowout. Could be the portillos talking though.

it would be cool if neither of these things happen tonight:

    • get sacked on the first snap of the first drive

    • get strip sacked on the last play and kick it out the back of the endzone for a safety

I know its a lot to ask

Calling it not boys: the Bears do well whenever I don’t watch. I will take one for the team and not watch tonight so Fields can put up 300/3 in the air and 60/1 on the ground
