After overshooting and dinging the meat cooler, popping my 3 year old out of the cart and me squatting down to have a heart-to-heart:

"Look, buddy, I’m not blaming you. You’re still learning. We learn every day.

But the navigator is a crucial role here. I need you to to call out the distance and sharpness of the turns so that I as the driver can execute the maneuvers"

Him, nodding in agreement “Executing the maneuvers”

“That’s right buddy. We’ll work on it. What’s next on the list?”

      “Beers for the boys”

      “That’s right, buddy.”

I don’t understand why so many American shopping carts have back wheels that don’t turn. It’s weird. All four wheels turn on Australian shopping carts (or “trolleys” as we call them) so you have full 360 degree motion.

wait… ALL the wheels turn? As in rotate and not roll? Thats wild.

In the US they are so paranoid about homeless people stealing carts, they have little strips in the parking lot that fully lock out the wheels if it goes too far from the store. Youre lucky to get a cart that rolls at all some days

I saw this dude walking around the grocery store today with his girlfriend and one look at him and I was like man this guy is a cuck. The way he was looking over his sunglasses just gave him an air of punchability that is nigh unquenchable. Anyway I realized what he was looking at was the big ass nerf gun set and when his lady friend realized she made a face like oh my god this guy can’t be serious. It’s the little things.
