He wasn’t even looking at the guy when he shot, and he literally yelled out “oh fuck!” after he shot. Even fucking boy scouts have better trigger discipline than that. I’ve seen equally poor trigger discipline from cops too though… even the more established agencies are lowering the bar to pull in recruits.
