Yea we all knew it was coming.

The Heritage Foundation’s control over the supreme court is complete and now they can oppress minorities as they see fit.

And the Democrats were too useless to stop them or acknowledge that that was what was happening.

they always talk about the republican party in the “good ol’ days” as if it wasn’t always a huge pile of garbage.

I’d recommend it, a very thorough adaptation of the game with quite a bit different so it’s still fresh.

          A good 9/10 from me!

It’s a post apocalypse show set 20 years into the future after a fungal “zombie” infection that initially spread through flour and sugar devastates humanity.

Very realistic and human in its approach too which is a nice breath of fresh air compared to garbage media like the Walking Dead.

The show also has a functioning communist society that is thriving out in the Midwest with functioning agriculture, 5 year plans, a movie theater, solidarity, and Marxist-Leninist policy, ironically in a small city that current has one of the worst income inequality disparities in America at the moment.

On the other hand, we see a religious, fascist and right wing nationalist group resort to cannibalism and piss poor scavenging as they don’t have any sort of economic or material basis to their community.

The US government on the other hand has devolved into a total fascist police state clinging onto the remnants of several great cities where they commit horrific crimes and oppression through martial law. They keep getting overthrown and you might like watching the US army (or what’s left of it, get overthrown in revolutions).

There are also a very good representation of a gay couple (prepare to cry)

Wow, I didn’t expect that at all after having played the first two games. This actually makes me wanna go watch the show now. I wonder how the show will handle the main conflict in the second game, which was an imperialist and Islamophobic interpretation of the Palestinian occupation and honestly, pretty yuck.

I’m really interested to see how they handle the second game now too! They did wrap up season 1 a few months again, and that was all of the first game, so season 2 will be the second game. But that doesn’t come out for a few months.

Watched Infiniti recently. It was real joy to know Soviet era Baikonur Cosmodrome, Soyuz rockets and a lot. And it also was really laughable how they twisted the storyline whitewashing US space capitalism. Reminds you of how US easily gets acquitted of bombing Nord Stream.

Businesses can discriminate based on sexual orientation again (303 Creative v. Elenis), Student Debt Relief killed (though we knew that would happen), and Required Affirmative Action for college admissions struck down. Those are the three big ones in the last week I remember.

        Required Affirmative Action

Edit: Pretty sure those affirmative actions were voluntary. Required Affirmative Action appears to be specific to hiring and training by federal and federally contracted employers.

Disclaimer: Have only seen some commentary and read a couple of articles on it, so it may have slipped me by.
