Floyd was pretty good here, but really lacked the ability to finish on his own. Everywhere he has gone he has had some more support from better rushers, and his pass pressure and sack numbers kind of reflect that.
His run stopping was fantastic as a bear throughout his time here too.
His offensive line was one of the worst in the league until week 8ish when is was missing 4 starters. It’s funny how what you see with your eyeballs change depending on your biases.
This was definitely a post that needed to be made.
It’s almost like he was a pretty bad quarterback coming off of his best season which was still pretty meh. I’m sure there are no parallels to be made from that situation though.
