So the same problems we’ve been having all year.
So the same problems we’ve been having all year.
The rest of our schedule is chock-full of winnable games. I wouldn’t be surprised if we end the season 7-10. In which case, yay us. Right back to blissful perpetual mediocrity.
Getsy must be punished for his crimes against humanity.
First quarter: 25 minutes of real time
NFL: OH FUCK MY ADVERTISEMENTS. Someone buzz the refs and make them call anything and everything!
Eh, I’ll concede Jackson was holding Hockenson, but the rookie was alright.
Oh shit, that’s not good. Jenkins is actually a good lineman.
Big disagree with you there Troy. I did not like that call. Not really great when your primary read is behind the LOS on 3rd and 4.
Alright. Time to see which facet of our offense is going to let us down on this drive.
Blargh. Welp. Not even Tucker makes 100% of his FGs.
Oh boy. Our wonderous sideways passing game.
Nope. He’ll finish out the season at least. Hell, I’m panicked about the possibility he’ll still be here next season.
Really looking like NE and Arizona will end with 2 or 3 wins. No idea how the tiebreakers are going to shake out if Carolina gets another win or two.
I definitely did not expect CJ Stroud to be anywhere near as good as he has been so far. I’m not gonna revisionist history and “we shoulda drafted him” but damn, hindsight is 20/20.
Three important games for our draft spots today. NE/NYG, CAR/TEN, LAR/ARI. TEN is the obvious rooting interest for us, but the others could go either way.
Is it better to have more teams on the same level as us? Or better to have more distance between us and the teams behind us?
I think I’m in the ‘more teams on the same level’ mindset. I’m in the mood for the risky bet rather than the safe bet. (So I’m rooting for NE and ARI.)
Honestly, my hope at this moment is we get MHJ and Fashanu with our two top 5 picks and then grab one of the “tier 2” QB prospects in the second round (or trade our 2nd and a player/additional pick to move up to the late first).
I feel like this should be addressed to Getsy and not Flus. Flus sucks, but he’s not the one who only got his job because a HOF QB bailed him out of his stupid decisions.
I’m not the only one who saw the achilles ripple, right?
I remember Colts fans being pretty ‘meh’ about him when they were asked.
One team has bottom-tier QB lay, one team has bottom-tier receiver play. Also Nagy.
GB offense looking consistently competent has me very upset.
