Instability with a GM is tough to overcome. GMs don’t have bad and good games that we get quick feedback on in the season. His moves and strategies take multiple seasons to pan out. Therefore it’s very hard to assess now. He got the Bears good draft capital and a solid WR1 at a time that we were excited about our QB. Then he signed LBs and a DE while not getting the cap space hurt by a CB demanding apparently a shit ton. Frustration with Getsy/‘flus shouldn’t necessarily mean scorched earth.
