Then let him go after next year, would that be fair to the next GM?

Has Poles shown enough that you want to retain him?

If he hasn’t, then do you trust him to evaluate with our pick and Carolina’s pick?

Realistically how many players on this roster are here in 6 years?

Please don’t delete your comments people need to see this once we fire this bum

If not this year then 2 years later

    He’s not the guy period

    He can’t evaluate talent

    Two top five picks

Get a top GM, coach, let them decide next moves.

Poles has shown nothing. Roster is worse with no promising players

    No blue chips

    He overpays in FA too

Instability with a GM is tough to overcome. GMs don’t have bad and good games that we get quick feedback on in the season. His moves and strategies take multiple seasons to pan out. Therefore it’s very hard to assess now. He got the Bears good draft capital and a solid WR1 at a time that we were excited about our QB. Then he signed LBs and a DE while not getting the cap space hurt by a CB demanding apparently a shit ton. Frustration with Getsy/‘flus shouldn’t necessarily mean scorched earth. If we had good coaching we wouldn’t even be talking about this.

What I would like to see if a fuck it hes gone asap ap they start the next regime. They can prep for the draft, extend people etc. Or the fuck it. Poles has 4 more years, and we just deal with it. It’s not like there’s gonna be a 180 turn around with these owners.

No, but thus has been our status quo. It’s how we do things.

I think he has the mind for it but misses on the personnel. He’ll have a role as an NFL exec but GM might not be that. I’ve liked the guy but I don’t think I want him in charge of the next offseason.

If he hasn’t, then do you trust him to evaluate with our pick and Carolina’s pick?

Ehhh. Kinda, but not really. I’d expect him to do something like take the Notre Dame tackle with Marvin Harrison on the board or something like like that.

    6 years? Maybe like 4.
