If I’m trying to get my QB ready for a blitz-happy scheme, as practice - would it be reasonable to have my offense practice against 12 defenders (1 more rusher than I have blockers) - to simulate my QB under duress + having to identify an open man with everyone “covered.” Wouldn’t this be a appropriate way to help my QB improve? If not, my question would be what is our OC + staff doing to get ready for this blitz-happy Minnesota defense?
I have a dumb question/idea.
