We aren’t great on paper but we aren’t this bad on paper either. We still lack confidence on offense, and I thought it was all Fields for a while, but it’s not. The coaches just don’t have confidence in Fields. They show glimpses of trusting him but then go back to the same short pass plays. We will literally be marching down the field and the OC will change up plays because he wants to play safe - which has meant he resorts to short passing plays and run plays. That just hasn’t worked 95% of the time. Encourage Fields to hit his targets down field instead of encouraging him to hit a check down because they’re scared of losing the football.

I’d feel okay about it. I wouldn’t really expect it but I’d take it lol. I do expect some trades and I think maybe the Giants trade back. Maybe they still fully believe in Jones and blame their line, so they trade back a bit to take someone for the offensive line? Then maybe the Pats get in the top 2 to take a QB or they trade back to take another QB. Maybe we sneak up a few spots for MHJ, accept someone else or trade it away all together

How are the updated assessments of Carolina’s run defense? I think we rely on the run game but Bagent will get some yards, not 230 though. I’d guess around 200-220.
