Imagine beating a coach in charge of leading a roster to win games and not being able to execute as a coach. I will 100% agree that players will have tough games but when you have 2 seasons with dismal performance and results the blame shift more to the organization and coaching staff. I have a feeling Warren is really going to clean house.

Thinking about how upsetting yesterday was I tend to wake up thinking my thoughts were a little irrational from gameday… well this morning was different. There is no explanation as to why the Bears choked at the end like that. So tired of hearing “We’re going to look at the tape and self scout”. Did some good things happen? sure! but at the end the ball game isn’t over until that clock hits :00 in the 4th quarter. For the coaching staff to play a game of walking on egg shells while being up 12 points and completely crapping the bed to end with a safety of all things? man that is just terrible. They talk about execution and finishing the game and they absolutely didn’t. This coaching staff is not a good mix. Something has to change, still a lot of evaluating for Fields which I thought he looked pretty decent. Warren needs to step in this off season. The players put on a front that they are sticking together and building and getting stronger but no one joins the NFL to lose and be ok with it. Coaches are failing their players.

I’m just saying is it’s not that deep when you look at production vs assets. Look at Houston and Indy as an example how they have shaped their Offense around their stars. Both are looking like they’ve had a ton of growth from last year. As of now we have as many wins as we did last year and would be lucky to squeeze out another. Are we really going to rely on these current coaches to build? The hype was real before the season started, we could be looking like Houston but we don’t… we have a pretty solid roster and the lousy coaching isn’t helping them grow

Weird how Flus came right out yesterday ruling fields out on Sunday. Flus is done with Fields, Warren is done with Flus. This team is a complete crap shoot of a team.
