You can justifiably criticize Fields’ play in many areas, but to call him a bad teammate or leader is so far off base I question whether you’re a true fan or just a troll. The man has literally been taking personal responsibility for dog shit offensive line and receiver play for 3 years. It’s not remotely based one on instance. And what are you talking about he’s taken responsibility for the line? You’re talking about a dude that needed to call a second press conference two hours apart to walk back blaming the coaching staff?
The team and fanbase have done everything possible to make excuses and give him opportunities, and I hope he succeeds. But he has very much deflected responsibility when given the opportunity.
