I’m afraid if the Bears win a couple games down the stretch they will bring this idiot Eberflus back, but at the same time I want to see the team play good football and get rid of this losing culture. I’m tired of this dumpster fire organization putting me in these type of conundrums.

I realize this isn’t going to be a popular take, but if Eberflus wins 2 of the next 3 games, he should be back, IMO. After that I think it matters less.

Progress needs to be progress, you can’t turn it on and off. We need to be playing our best ball in December so we can carry something into next year.

I want whatever outcome has us keeping Fields and continuing to surround him with talent.

At the risk of jinxing it, and while vigorously knocking on wood, there’s no fucking way this moron comes back next year.

Win. Partially because I always want to win, and also so the Fields haters can shut up. Not that they will, but they tend to go silent when we do well. They come out in droves when we lose, regardless of who’s fault it actually was.

Some people will bitch about QB no matter what, but I want the rest of the season to be so promising that the haters get laughed at when attempting their usual crap.

I’m not talking about legitimate rational criticism. I’m talking about the insane group of people who say shit like the loss to Det was JFs fault. The ones who scream about JF holding the ball too long even after he gets hit in half a second while attempting a hand off.

Sadly. Even multiple record breaking games won’t be enough to stop these people, but a good performance should at least make them quieter.

If we win games down the stretch (particularly in these next three), it means we found something that works and that can only be a good thing. We’re in the fortunate position where our record will not affect what’s likely to be our best pick in the draft.

If we lose our next three, more than okay with the two after that being a business decision. I want to beat the Packers no matter what though.

See the thing is you know you’d be ok with them going 6-0 or 0-6 to close out the season. Which means they’ll go 2-4 and fuck it up both ways

I seriously question how someone could want to watch their team lose. I understand the draft pick impact, but whenever I actually watch a game I could never root for the Bears to lose.

I just watch the games to root for the players on this roster, while at the same time knowing the coaches will probably get out coached by the opponent. I expect us to lose even when we have the lead cause that’s what this coaching staff is comfortable with now. They face 0 consequences from Poles or Warren or McCaskey. The players are used as scapegoats.

Never been more embarrassed in my life then having any emotional attachment to a financial entity that just happens to do football on the side.

It’s crazy they only have 6 games left. I say this every year, but this season has absolutely flown by.
