Um, that’s really cool and I would love to have it but finding the repo links on those articles is really difficult.
As far as I am aware now the official repo is gone? Anyone have different information? I found some others with like 6+ months old commits that I don’t think are it either.
https://github.com/zolaware/reblue - 404
Edit: nobody? Just another dead project?
It is working now
I am surprised, impressed and very happy about this.
They did a weird thing where they put up their github ages ago when starting dev, then deleted it, then announced this recomp was complete but “it’s launching friday” and delayed actually putting the github page back up until “launch”.
Thanks for the information! It is indeed weird! They could’ve just have the repo and lot yet make a release or push or merge or… Whatever 1000 options 😉
Neat!
Meow do Lost Odyssey next.
Amazing! I have no idea how I missed this game when it first released outside I really didnt follow or have an xbox 360. I found out about it last year and quickly tried to play it using the emulator mentioned in the article. It was ok, but there were clearly a bunch of issues still and did crash. The worst was each fight didnt seem to be able to render the dragons that sit behind you. I think i played about 5 hours of it before i moved on, but i really enjoyed what i played. I will defintely be playing this over the weekend. I wonder if there is anyway i can import my current save.
I actually got the urge to replay this a few months ago and have been chewing through it on Xenia. Halfway through disc 2 and zero crashes. The Shadows show up fine. The only visual issue I’ve noticed is with “furry” character/monster models, they show up as smooth or transparent but thankfully there’s only a few models affected by it.
If it’s easy to transfer my save file though I’m absolutely hype to move to the recomp!
Great! Glad to know its tranferable. I have an AMD gpu, not sure if that was the reason for the glitches.
well, i did say “if”, they haven’t confirmed how easy the transfer process is. Xenia does some weird stuff with saves (namely, it creates an “Xbox Profile”) but i bet there will be a way.
Yeah, my GPU is an NVIDIA 3070, so either that or the fact that i tried more recently than you would explain the glitch disparity.
Wasn’t there a DS Version?
Of a 360 game? No. There might be a different game with the same name and characters tho. DS “ports” of home console games were usually just completely different games.
Where is the repo?? Edit its working now
