I watched Jim Harbaugh when he piloted the Niners for a couple of years. He had some success, in fact a lot of it. But he couldn’t win the big one, even with all the talent he had. While he’s incredibly better than the current HC, I’m not convinced he’s the guy for the Bears. I think we should keep options open.
Only one team out of 32 wins the Super Bowl every year, you could be twice as good as average at winning Super Bowls and still only win it every 16 seasons. Not really gonna hold it against him that he didn’t win in four seasons
