I’m glad its working out for you! I’ve heard of other people doing monotherapy via scrotal application, I even tried myself at some point. Unfortunately in my case it was pretty uncomfortable and I wasn’t monitoring with blood tests. I do wonder if I could’ve done it properly with a weaker gel and with testing.
bloodtest are important especially via scrotum because levels unpredictable and lead to overdose

I’m sorry. I’ve met a few people from Murmansk and Arkhangelsk because of where I live. None of them were terribly keen to return. But then again they didn’t need to find estrogen.

I think Murmansk is probably worse than most larger cities in Russia to be fair. I would also expect people from Norilsk to be reluctant to go back.
