Arbitrary units. The graph’s creator is lampshading that the graph is totally made up in an amusing way.
It’s basically saying “made-up units” and “these units were made-up too.”
Lampshading is a great way to describe it.
“Arb.” here is an abbreviation for arbitrary. If you look at the chart, it notes each axis, first [arb. units], [more arb. units], and [also arb. units]
And that school knows what it’s talking about when it comes to animals.
