It’s a crapshoot buying electronics from woot. They have a short warranty and you can have trouble returning defective gear.

Check Amazon for a similar price but for only a few dollars I’d suggest new.

Impossible. Resetting the phone removes the device encryption key rendering the contents irrevocable gone.

No. You can use an ATV without logging into to an iCloud account but you can’t make profiles because those are essential Apple ID accounts.

No. You might find cards with a small discount at wholesale club stores like Sam’s Club.

The ATV is already cheap so you might see a small discount at Amazon or such but not too much.
