Darnell Wright has been pretty good so far. So has Dawand Jones. Honestly, this rookie class of OT has been pretty good.

The most impressive thing I saw from last night was how he just kept FIGHTING for those yards. The first couple first downs Chicago had he was a mini Kittle it seemed. Really happy with his extension/hope he stays in Chicago a while.
I really don’t think that he chose Eberflus. The timing just doesn’t add up. He was hired on 1/25 and then Eberflus was hired on 1/27. You really think that’s enough time to properly evaluate a guy? To further that point, he’s made some great trades, but he’s also swung and missed on some bad ones too. I don’t think he gets fired this off season, but it’s close to do or die time
Honestly, it’s a rookie mistake. He looked like he stopped for just a fraction of a second. Came at a bad time. But also, WHY throw that type of play call when the game can be put out of reach???
So many other players/coaches have raved about Fields’ ability. I really bet some of them would love to coach him/have that talent for their side.
That’s what happens when you play not to lose as opposed to playing to win.
Aren’t his other stats pretty close to Roquan as well? Like yes, Roquan is (now) considered elite, but the Bears got their whole linebacking core for around the same price, maybe $2 million less? Unless i’m just really stupid here.
If he’s the defensive coordinator? Maybe. The defense has looked good the past couple of games. But, please, for the love of everything holy, get an offensive minded coach.
