Oh I see a difference when DV or HDR is turned on. It’s almost always not good except for the dedicated HDR or DV promo videos. Those look amazing.

I have mine set to 4K SDR and turn on Match Frame Rate as well but leave Match Dynamic Range turned off. Most streaming services are horrible at DV and HDR coding…and consumer level tvs just can’t do them correctly.

For me, it’s a much cleaner experience for everything from the UI, AirPlay, native Apple Music, and HomeKit integration to having the ability to disable HDR/Dolby Vision when they (quite often) look like garbage.
