Its arguable that a significant part of the defeat of the Germans on the Eastern Front was due to the Germans loving to over-engineer things. Especially tanks. Final Fantasy 14. Started about two months after the latest DLC (Endwalker) came out, and last i checked was over 1700 hours. Got all current jobs including crafters/gatherers to max level.

Game is a bit boring/typical MMO at first, but really picks up as you get further in to 2.0 content and beyond. And the Community had been overwhelmingly great to interact with.

Even if not big into FF or MMOs i highly recommend. They have a free trial that lets you play the base game and first DLC (Heavensward), as well as level up most of the jobs to level 60 (out of 90) with a few minor restrictions on things like player trades, joining a guild and accessing the market board.
