How did you resolve this as it appears my gen no longer appears on the generators page either.

I’m sorry that you seem to not like me or my opinions. This is not the first time you have commented on one of my posts. In fact from some of your posts you seem to have a problem with most of the Perchance community. I was genuinely trying to be helpful by pointing that the dev had recently provided an update about the exact issue the OP was asking about. I’m sorry my language wasn’t sensitive to the fact that someone other than the OP might be offended by my post. Please feel free to completely ignore any future post I make and save your energy for something more productive. Like asking “Real Questions”. Are you implying that all of the other questions from the community are somehow not real? This is the kind of thing you do…by pointing how a post may be offensive you try to get others to see it that way. Leave me out of your little crusade. And water is wet by the way. 👍

The chat on my page isn’t very busy, but even with a slow chat I don’t always catch everything that happens there. I can’t be online 24/7 to monitor it. This is a hobby, not my job. You also have to remember that “minor” means different things in different countries and there is no real age verification here. The “minor” you are referring to could very well have been an adult trolling or even law enforcement trying to attract a predator.

The developer just posted a long post about ongoing updates.

Has anybody given thought to the idea that this may be an adult who is “age-playing” or maybe even a cop trying to catch someone? Just saying…unless you can visually verify (i.e.- an ID) you have no idea if the person actually is a minor or just faking it. I would suggest ignoring that individual and keep doing what you do.

So your perception is really what matters here. Your assumption is that I was implying something beyond the context of this forum. Which is a false assumption. If I wanted to make such a bold and inflammatory statement it would have been on a forum that deals with politics. Why waste my time on a forum that deals specifically with Perchance if I was implying that nobody has rights?

In regards to Perchance they don’t. It’s a privately owned website. The owner can close it any time. Context matters.

Why do you say that? It’s a forum for Perchance so how could you think it was about anything else.

Your missing the point. It doesn’t matter what users want. If the dev wants to upgrade to a new model it’s their decision. Unless you own or otherwise have some stake (and thus a vote) in this business, then you (and I) have no say in what they do. What is more helpful is providing good feedback (bugs, quirks, failures) that can be used to make decisions. If you want to help the dev make things better you do so with constructive feedback that informs rather than blames or cajoles. Those who want a vote in how their preferred image or text ai works should either use a paid service that allows users to have a say, or create/download and train your own.

Questions aren’t stupid. Blindly throwing a tantrum because you don’t get your way is (not you). The problem is that the angry voices tend to be the loudest. People rarely provide positive and uplifting feedback. They believe that if things are going well there is no reason to say a word. Anyway just something to think about.

Losing Perchance would be a nightmare for me. I love my t2i page and the people who frequent it. My friend Quinerous and I have put a lot of work into it. It would be an absolute shame for the dev to feel like they are unappreciated and give up.

Have fun funding it and then dealing with people who don’t like the decisions you make regarding your generator that you built and funded with your own hard earned money. Buh-bye now! 😘

I forgot to mention that it won’t let me duplicate it either.

It’s the only list doing that out of all the lists I use. It may be an issue with my phone or browser…but why only that one list? Others are at least the same size or bigger. It’s just weird. Thanks for the advice though.
