Stop expecting a Peyton Manning. We have the picks to not need a Manning. Keep building the team around Justin. Yes, you can hedge for a QB in the draft for a Purdy type in Hartman.
Adding MHJ and a LT is just going to help Fields grow even more. Fields has the big playmaker trait. You do not give up on that early. I judge a QB by his ability to make big plays. It’s very hard to find a QB that can make big plays the way Fields can.
He can play like crap all game, but has the ability to break out of nowhere to make huge plays that erases his prior bad play.
Keep him. Keep adding weapons and OL talent. It will pay off in the long run.
