He’s 0-9 against the division so far in two seasons. There’s three division games left. Packers have been playing better football as the season has gone on, and the Vikings won’t be easy even with Cousins out. The Lions? Who knows.
But one or two wins (at best) in the division in two seasons, should get any coach fired. You can’t go anywhere unless you can beat your division opponents

0-9 in the division for two seasons should be an automatic firing, regardless of the other stats (which are also horrible)
It would be pretty hard to sell 4 wins as an improvement. Winning one or two more games than the previous year could be just as easily seen as luck. If you improve by 3 or more games, then you have a better case to make. Also, not winning any division games in two years should be an automatic firing regardless of whether the overall record improves slightly

We’re definitely in great shape. Living in Tampa and watching the Bucs suck ass for weeks now, this was definitely the game I felt the Panthers had the best chance of winning. And for a while it looked like the Bucs were trying their best to give it away.
