It was truly keeping it real by just being a health benefit program for countries that needed help fighting aids and it has saved millions of lives. But 20 years later in today’s political climate it is somehow controversial.
I would have to ask @witchesvspatriarchy if it actually works. I’ve read a lot of negative results but have no verified positive result. The pre-eighteenth century witch studies lacked serious controls.
