I don’t think "buzz words* are relevant to this particular context, as we’re talking about a specific answer to a specific question. Also, because a specific answer was given, we’re not talking about being evasive either.
Why are you even allowing his opinion to influence you at all? If he can say something that can change the way you vote, or act politically if you do more than vote , Putin has already won whatever game you think he’s playing.
