Even the ICJ is not calling it genocide. People don’t understand the difference between war crimes and genocide.
The ICJ is still looking into it, their preliminary vote has found the allegations to be “plausible”.
But yet they didn’t call it that yet. So I’m replying to that poster that made it clear it was genocide without any doubts.
The icj only decided that there is enough evidence to go forth with the case. They are not calling anything because they havent decided yet.
