I moved to Germany and it’s very odd here because everyone expresses they want to consume less animal products and are really nice about me being vegan but I got harassed so much for it I still find it troublesome to tell anyone at all so I usually just avoid eating. :|
In my experience, people don’t admit to wanting to reduce, because they “already don’t eat a lot of animal products anyway! And If I do, I only buy high quality!”
