I hate all the “Whataboutism” about Biden and Clinton, personally I want more prosecutions for those in power. That aside, people need to stop deflecting the topic and talk about the prosecution that is currently happening.
If someone was on trial for murder, their defense can’t be “your honor, take a moment to consider all the murders who haven’t been prosecuted yet and how unfair it would be to prosecute me before them”
Just to nitpick (and IANAL), but in a common law setup precedent is important. Not sure if it works in the negative, but if you knew of, but did not apply X ruling to person Y, but then did apply to person Z, that’s a problem.
Fun part though. I imagine a conviction here would open the door for going after Biden and Clinton.
I strongly advocate for greater legal accountability for individuals in positions of power, and I am open to the possibility of future charges being brought against President Biden. It is important to acknowledge that numerous US presidents, regardless of party affiliation, probably should face charges related to war crimes. Nevertheless, I recognize the significance of establishing a precedent that former presidents are subject to the law, and I wholeheartedly support such a development.
Hey man at least a stage has doors that can be locked, a garage on the – oh shit. /s
