Fields is serviceable enough and has shown some flashes of greatness. If you can rebuild a great Oline, provide more offensive weapons and improve the defense this team can still make the playoffs. If at that point Fields really isn’t the guy, that’s when we move on.
Serviceable QBs only win when they go on HOF runs playing out of their mind (like Flacco or Foles) or their D is generationally great and carries them (Like Dilfer or Denver Manning). Every QB shows flashes of greatness. Zach Wilson has shown flashes.
