Don’t think I’ve ever been so frustrated after a win before

I’m torn tbh. Idk how to feel.

On one hand, Fields makes some absolute backbreaking mistakes in the worst times.

On the other hand, you have one of the most inept coaching staffs in the history of the league “developing” him.

    Idk wtf should happen anymore.

Williams and Maye have shown not to be “OMG YOU HAVE TO DRAFT THIS GUY” QB prospects to me. They may well be great, but they’re both going to need work and some luck.

I’d much rather the Bears shore up the rest of the roster and figure out coaching, namely on the OC side, before trying to draft a new QB.

I think the majority of QBs coming out of college have question marks. Fields had issues, Stroud had issues…they all do. Most analysts agree that this draft class is loads better than ‘25 & Maye/Williams are top tier talents.

The question really becomes…do you try again with a top prospect or do you run it back with a flawed QB in year 4 & an entirely new coaching staff?

The texans looked like a dumpster fire before and after the draft. Not saying stroud is single handily carrying the Texans to relevancy but they wouldn’t be in the position they are with Davis mills at QB. I think bears fans underestimate the value of a QB cause we’ve never had a QB of value.
