Saleh is a good coach but he and the Jets front office utterly blew it when Rodgers went down. They knew they had nothing with Wilson or Boyle and could have easily upgraded. Garrett Wilson was rookie of the year and primed for a break out. Breeze Hall would have been rookie of the year til his injury. They didn’t need a star QB, they just needed someone who could be average. Say someone like Matt Ryan who may be a shell of what he was but still understands an offense. Or get Tannehill who is on his way out of Tennessee anyway. Or Brissett. Or Wentz. None of these guys are more than game managers at this stage but they’d still have been a huge improvement over Wilson / Boyle.

But as a Dolphins fan it’s good for us as this implosion is to going to screw them for years.
