How many of you guys wear your AW 24/7? I’ve been only wearing it as a watch. Not really even working out in it since I have Whoop but I’m interested in utilizing more of the features such as HRV, V2O, etc. but I feel like I will have to wear it 24/7. I usually only wear my AW only during work.

I have an old one I wear to bed to charge my nice one at night. Then I wear my nice one (series 5 lol) during the day. The sleep stats is kind of interesting but I also like the alarm vibrates my watch so I’m not blasting the house with a loud morning alarm (which I have as a backup). It auto switches between the two im wearing but sometimes it REALLY wants to stay on sleep mode when I swap them so I have to manually shut that off a few times or miss notifications in the morning

I do. Hey only times I take it off are when I’m about to shower and when the battery alerts me that it’s about to die.

Oura ring at night for the sleep tracking, charge when I’m showering then watch goes on for the rest of the day. I bought the Oura a few years ago and don’t want to break the streak. If the ring gives up the ghost then it’s watch all day every day.

Serious question: As RN, 1000% agree w/sleep science + health benefits. I do NOT get hyper-focus on sleep tracking EVERY day. Why track so much + what action do ppl take w/that data?

I wear mine 24/7 unless it needs a charge or I’m wearing my Grand Seiko for a dressier occasion.

I do. I charge it when I take a shower at night, brush my teeth, wash my face. Once I’m done with all of that and ready to read a bit before bed (or watch a few shows) the watch is completely charged and ready to go.
