I brought this up a couple of days ago stating that we don’t know how much power Kevin Warren has and was laughed at. I thought he only had control over the management (stadium, revenue being brought in, etc) side of the bears, but maybe not. Thoughts?
Football insiders already have heard that FIELDS is back! Which means Poles is back.
Fans really are dumb. Leadership is about leading. Not firing!
If I am Warren…I meet with Poles and talk. Then both meet with Eberflus and say “don’t coach not to lose, coach to win…don’t coach scared”
That would be a great message from Warren.
Poles knows what he is doing and he will only get better.
Everflus is early 50’s and fans don’t understand that you still learn and get better in your 50’s.
We know he can lead men. We know he is respected and knows the game. We know he made errors and so has getsy, but they all do on every team.
You bring them all back if they get to 6 wins.
