The c-suites call it “deskilling”. Bc terms like incuriosity don’t matter, what does matter (to them) is the decrease of efficacy in terms of how useful their human resource pool is to serve their own needs.
Though things are rarely binary, and it’s actually both their fault for actively contributing to the dumbing down of humanity, as well as our own for being active recipients of their profferred agenda.
