So yeah… ordered a 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256gb a few weeks ago, my parcel was delivered a few days ago and lo and behold inside is a brand new 14 Pro Max 1TB.
Has anyone else experienced this? I contacted support a few days ago and they seemed pretty useless. An ‘investigation’ has been opened but no mention of returning the 14 and me getting the device I actually ordered…

Not a huge difference. I have 3 (14 Pro Max) and super happy
Basically the same phone, even apple cannot tell the difference nowadays lol.
Could be worse, my friend pre-ordered a 15 pro and got sent an empty box, a sealed empty box.
Happened to me when I got my actual phone
