Get a case, be smart and avoid not just cracking the front or back glass, but also avoid the dents, deep gashes, and scratches that you’ll get without a case if you drop it with a bad landing.

Check out the Caudabe Sheath. I think you’ll like it.

The front screen is ridiculously durable. I mean, stupendously.

The back is still fairly easy to break. If you don’t have AppleCare I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s mostly about trade in/resale value. If that matters to you at all, I wouldn’t do it.

Live life dangerously. Seriously I been castless since 13pm/14pm and now 15PM and been fine. But I do take care of my stuff.

Only time I use a case is when on my bike outside when I use silicone one as easy to grip. All other times no case.

Someone just posted a photo last week of a new phone they were rocking caseless, with chunk missing in one corner from dropping it outside. You call.

I order my OtterBox before I even order my iPhone each year . It doesn’t get powered on until I put it in a case and a tempered glass screen protector lol.

I don’t have a case. It makes the phone bulky and coming from Galaxy S23 Ultra to iPhone 15 pro max I can’t believe how much smaller iPhone is. In a good way, I love it. Just be careful or if you got the insurance that helps.

A lot of the case people seem to envy the people who go caseless. After all, the design of iPhone is a huge part of its appeal in the first place. That’s why all of the marketing showcases the device without a case.

The hostile people on Reddit who attack may be envious because they don’t get to enjoy their iPhone at full potential. Even if they use a clear case they’ll never be able to feel the frosted glass, smooth metal sides and even simply hold their iPhone as it was intended with its intentional size dimensions. Oh no. Even if they they use a clear case, all they feel is plastic. It’s a sensorial compromise akin to wearing a condom.

Instead of admitting they’re envious and afraid, they go about waving and wielding their condom phones in the air and making loud noises because it’s easier and makes them feel better.

Probably a bad idea to go caseless without apple care or insurance on it.

I have gone ceaseless for every single phone I have owned, have dropped them multiple times, not a single one broke EXCEPT for the iPhone 14 Pro…

I swear the glass on these things is made of sugar because its the weakest thing ever. Apple quoted USD550 for a front screen replacement and didn’t even give a quote on the rear glass.

If you are OK with having to basically buy a new phone if you shatter it, then go for it. Otherwise, use a case.

Don’t know why you’re getting down votes when this makes perfect sense.
