The strawmen….Literally nobody said he was a HOF. The argument is that if a UDFA D2 QB can run the offense, what is the excuse for Fields?
Obviously Bagent hasn’t consistently been able to effectively run the offense. But there were stretches of time when he made it look great. Which is more than I can say for Fields with the exception of a few games over 3 years….
I’m thinking this d2 udfa might not be the hof qb some may have thought…
He’s not a Hall of Fame QB, but throwing a bunch of picks in his first three starts as a rookie is not the reason why
