It’s not rare in general, but there’s times it’s pretty obvious that a guy is moving forward at the snap or the covering of the tackle isn’t happening properly. I just don’t like the inconsistency cuz it gives the refs a way to affect the game whenever they feel like calling it.
Tbh I’m glad they’re actually enforcing the neutral zone. It’s been a gray area for years.
Next do illegal formation and illegal motion.
