Apartheid doesn’t mean the government is evil, but it protects evil people when they do evil things. When you have two populations with unequal rights, there’s going to be some assholes who are going to exploit that. That’s just human nature

This is the issue of apartheid. Apartheid doesn’t mean the government is evil, but it protects evil people when they do evil things.
