McDaniels has a 20-33 record as head coach in the NFL and has never held a head coaching position longer than 2 years.

When will owners and GMs understand recycled coaches just will not work. Why hire a fired guy for being bad and expecting a different outcome?

Good fucking riddance. That was the most boring and bland football I’ve seen in a long time (and I’ve seen tons of shit Raider teams).

And now we don’t have to see his douchy, punchable face everytime Jimmy G air mails a pass in to the fucking benches.

And speaking of Jimmy G, if he can’t get anything going by the end of the 1st quarter, he can join McDaniels in fucking off.

I don’t have high hopes for AOC, but let’s see what the kid can do, with practice reps with the first team

It’s the one thing Bronco and Raider fans can agree on, hating Josh McDaniels.

The issue was what he replaced those guys with. It’s perfectly fine to believe Jay Cutler and Derek Carr aren’t the QBs to take your team where you want to go.

Tbf Jay Cutler and Carr are both franchise QBs who also aren’t good enough to take a team to the next level.

I mean, they were miles ahead of who they got replaced by (Cutler > Orton, Carr > Stidham/Garropolo).

Why not try to scheme for them instead of throwing them away? Look at Daniel Jones once Daboll came, Jared Goff once Sean McVay arrived, Alex Smith once Harbaugh/Andy Reid got a hold of them.

Yeah because him coming and running the team directly into the dirt would have been way less embarrassing. Really when you think about it it’s the Raiders who actually dodged the bullet. They should consider themselves lucky that McDaniels took the job.
