What I meant is that it functioned similarly to an open primary, but yeah, I see your point. Sorry, it’s been 23 years since I saw the ballot until I just found it on wikipedia. What a shitshow that was.

Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
