omfg this is horrific. i cant even imagine the terror that poor man must have suffered. this is barbaric and beyond words.
The cpb agency must be sued for negligence.
The officers involved charged with negligent homicide. Before streets find these perpetrators for justice the “institution” must relegitimize itself.
What elese does congress need to hear before they consider themselves as accoubtable as the public holds them?Oh they won’t.
Go talk to your neighbor. Tell him he can’t leave his dogs outside in the freezing cold all day. It’s 15F outside. These dogs can’t be outside for 10 hours. Doesn’t matter if they have a little dog house. It’s still freezing.
Go tell him that. He’ll be 100% in the wrong as he justifies why he can’t keep the dogs inside while he’s at work.
He’ll never admit fault. He’ll never “be wrong”. Because that would make him feel bad about his own actions.
So tomorrow you’ll see these dogs in the cold. Again.
All you can do is gain the dogs trust over the coarse of a few weeks, and get them comfortable with you helping them. Then one day your neighbor comes home, the gate is open, and there’s dog tracks in the snow wandering off until they hit a spot with no snow. The tracks end here.
In reality, you’ve loaded these dogs into the back cab oh your heated truck, and drove them to a happy loving home that won’t abuse them. And they stay warm in the winter, and have a big backyard in the summer.
And your neighbor will never admit he ever hurt or abused those dogs. Change didn’t happen because your neighbor had self reflection. Change happened because you MADE change happen.
That’s what these assholes in our government need. To be removed from the situation, because everyone can agree that best case scenario they enable the abuse to continue.
Let’s stop that.
