When MAGA’s “meemaws and pawpaws” start to drop dead from not being able to afford their doctors or meds anymore, I forsee a ton of shattered lives and rage at the GOP… even though the actual problem with the ACA was that the Democrats let the insurers write it - and I do recall Nancy Pelosi saying “Let’s just sign the bill, we will read what’s in it later…”

They’ve had obscene profits at the expense of the taxpayers while brokering poorly delivered medical “care” based on statistical fiat of averages and actuarial table data. (That, in and of itself, is a different issue that goes back decades and a topic for another day…)
