I’m not a huge fan of violence, but there’s a nonzero chance a bullet is out there with the inscription, “Changed your mind.”

I really wish someone would hurry up and start a counter-channel called “Louder with Chowder”, make it all about soup, and then sue for infringement.

I mean it’s so fucking obvious that I can’t believe no one’s tried it yet. The jokes write themselves.

The last thing Crowder did before fading into irrelevance and obscurity was publically turn down a $50M contract.

    Pure cinema.

Ironically, had he accepted it… well, the Daily Wire would probably be going into the financial shitter even harder and faster than it currently is.

I guess uh, critical support for managing to not become a Russian Intelligence asset, a la Tim Pool, the one who’s gay and public about it (Dave Rubin), and the one who’s gay and apparently going to sue Milo Yiannopolis to prove he isn’t gay (Benny Johnson)…?

Good… job… Steve… on at least not doing one really bad, dumb, stupid thing?

… I wonder if Milo will call out Crowder for being in the closet soon too…

It was always weird to me that a 30+ yo regularly went to colleges to argue with people who just left high school. Like…yeah they probably can’t win a debate even if they are right. It’s been your profession for over a decade and they just bought beer for the first time.

Well yes, because rich people are clearly rich because they are fundamentally better people. The universe recognises this about them, which is why they’re rich. And thus for a rich person to enrich themselves further — well, that’s just justice.

Poor people are at the bottom for a reason. To give them money would be disrupting the natural order of things.

(This was sarcasm, in case it wasn’t clear. This is legit how they think though)

      This was sarcasm

I hate that we have to include this every single time, no matter how obvious 😂

I don’t mind it so much. Every medium has its quirks, and I honestly find it beautiful to reckon with the affordances and constraints of different media. In a written format, for example, you can make puns that would be much harder to parse if they were spoken. However, when speaking, I don’t have to worry about spelling things correctly, and I am more free to vary the pace of my speech to enhance the rhetorical impact.

It’s harder to make tone clear in written speech, and this is exacerbated by the culture of the internet. In some contexts, this is a bug, but in others, it’s a feature. I quite like that.

It’s funny, but mostly sad, that this guy has a panel where he offers people to change his mind. But he won’t change his mind. He will never change his mind. It’s just some trap to lure in people and for him to record some responses where he looks like a master debater and smart guy. It may as well just be called: You Can’t Change My Mind.

Wouldn’t he just argue that he was against those handouts but would be dumb to let them go?

Giving them bad attention ia still attention.

Could spend the rest of my life not seeing that guy’s face again.
