In otherwords, how fast do you have to push text before wind resistance kicks in and makes the letters bend?

It’s going to depend on font weight and if it has serifs or not. Serifs are added to increase down force, so flat, heavily serifed letters will italicize before curved letters with fewer extra bits.

Non-bold/normal weight of course! Have scientists even found examples of bolded italicized text in nature that weren’t man-made?
