TIL I suck so bad at stealth games like Dishonored that I have to resort to “leave no witnesses mode” way too often. Please tell me I’m not the only one
This is why I have played all the far cry games multiple times. First playthrough is always super sneaky with use of bait and silenced guns. Kill everyone and shut off the alarm without ever getting spotted. It’s very satisfying.
And then a second playthrough I call the “Michael Bay” playthrough. Whenever possible I am ONLY using explosives.
The second playthrough is much faster and less stressful.
Games are meant to be fun. If you can’t do stealth just lean into the chaos and become the tasmanian devil of death.
At least Dishonored encourages a violent playthrough if you so choose!
That being said, Dishonored was one of the easiest stealth games I’ve played - with a few reloading previous saves when spotted…. So you must be particularly bad at stealth! No offense of course, we all have our gaming strengths :)
@rowdyrockets oh no you’re completely wrong, I’m extremely bad at stealth 😂
@innkeeper @the_gamer_tavern I love a good stealth game, and Dishonoured is a great stealth game. 😂

Dishonoured: British edition! The game is quite good, forcing myself to do stealth is sometimes too frustrating but I’m getting the hang of it (and am terrible at applying the theory to the practice 😂)
@innkeeper @the_gamer_tavern Us British do like a sneaky covert operation or two. 😆
If you’re having fun you’re doing it right.

You are in fact not the only one. Can’t report the crime if you’ve been stuffed into a dumpster.@DopeGhoti @the_gamer_tavern what’s that on Jake’s forehead? A crossbow dart? Hm, must have been the wind
proceeds to get slaughtered like Jake
[JAZZ HANDS]
STEALTH!
@innkeeper @the_gamer_tavern You are not alone!
