      I’m very proud of my double burner glass top griddle. That thing can get hot enough to wipe your finger prints from existence.

        Nice, I made some birria tacos recently with chuck. Turned out really good, but cheek meat is my favorite.

            I haven’t and I’m not sure where I would get it. Probably a specialty butcher or maybe Fiesta.

          For birria, I do bone in Chuck and short ribs for that delicious boney fatty goodness. Makes for great consomme.

    Where’s the meat? Really, whenever I have mexican food the tortilla can barely hold it.
